If what you want is to rent your property and at the same time enjoy staying in it on a pre-scheduled date, then we recommend you to opt for our short term program, which consists of rents of a minimum of 30 days and up to 6 months. Our rate of 20 % includes all the services offered for long term rents and also:

Basic cable TV (with no additional cost) or Digital TV (this has an additional cost)
